Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Unless stated otherwise, due to the nature of customised orders 

Please note: orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Victorian public holidays.

For all orders, we offer a flat shipping rate within Australia at $10.00 or express shipping within Australia at $15.00.
ALL of our domestic orders are sent out via Sendle or Australia Post. Tracking numbers are used. Standard post delivery times are approximately 1-5 business days from the time of order.

Please note: If your address is in a remote area, we will give you notice for the shipping rate difference.

 

Returns & Refunds

Please note that our candles are made by hand and will vary in appearance and colour.

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your candle must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. 

 

Jewellery Exchanges
 In order for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met;

  • The item is in unworn, brand new condition with original packaging/ tags
  • The item is in unworn, brand new condition with no marks or scratches
  • The item is returned to us within 7 days of delivery date
  • The item was not purchased in a sale
  • Earrings are not eligible for a refund/return/change of mind due to hygiene reasons

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your candle please contact us at hello@intrepidecollection.com.au 

Damaged Stock

Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of our candles and trays, stock can sometimes arrive damaged due to postage and handling during transit. We will always ensure that every order is packed safely and secure and are not responsible for your package once it leaves us. Should your item be damaged or lost during transit, this needs to be addressed with the shipment carrier for any claims.

Processing
If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
